Facts about me...
- After living for most of my life in the Midwest, I moved to North Carolina in 2021 and consider it one of the best decisions I ever made.
- I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communications. I wanted to have formal writing training, and the research and analytical demands of journalism seemed a perfect fit to augment my natural writing talent.
- I grew up on a lake in Michigan, so being near water is a huge deal to me. I love the Great Lakes and the ocean and am also a certified open-water scuba diver.
